In bringing forward Residential and Mix-Use Developments, Including much needed Affordable Housing Schemes.
What we do
LDP (North West) Limited Planning Consultants, Civil Engineers and Architects teams will perform our Standard Due Diligence and undertake a Full and Comprehensive Assessment of the site and its Financial Development Viability.
Subject to this viability, an offer for the land can then be made.
